I've never really hated Wade. Sure he bitches to the refs for a good portion of the game, but I still think he's a great player. I've cooled on my LeBron hate a while back as well. I really don't feel one way or the other about the Heat in general...

He's a great player. No doubt.

He was my favorite player in college. I follow Marquette. I loved him his first few years. But once he got injured that one year, he came back with an attitude. Like he was owed something.

He was the complete opposite of that before.

And yeah, the bitching on EVERY fucking possession gets old.

I like LeBron as much as I can like a guy who STILL doesnt get the most out of his ability

I think it's awesome that Wade has infected LeBron with the "don't get back on D because I'm bitching about a call" virus

I'm glad the Bulls won last night, but I'm not getting carried away over it. Keep in mind the Bulls won Game 1 in the Eastern Conference Finals 2 years ago over the Heat. LeBron took D.Rose and the rest of the Bulls to school from the 7 minute mark of the 4th quarter of Game 2 and never looked back en route to Miami winning in 5 back then. History repeats itself?

It's a different team considering Noah and Gibson were the only players to play in both games. In the game in 2011 the Bulls shot the exact same percentage 43.7 as last night. In the 2011 game the Heat shot 47.1 percent and last night the Heat shot 39.7 percent. The big three had 63 points in 2011 and the big three had 47 point last night. Rose had 28 points on 10-22 from the field in 2011. Nate had 27 points on 8-16 from the field last night. Last night the Bulls had 15 turnovers. In 2011 they had 9 turnovers.

I wouldn't say that Nate is better than Derrick Rose, but Nate does seem to be more clutch at times. There's no way I could see Derrick Rose doing what Nate did against the Nets in game 4. Nate jacks up some of the worst shots you've ever seen and he still shoots a solid percentage from the field. I will be interested to see if LeBron plays Nate one-on-one at the end of the next game. Because honestly I know some may disagree, but Nate could probably score on him too.

The Bulls should have been able to beat that 2011 Heat team in that series. That roster was the big 3 with mostly scrubs. If anything this year's Heat team is much deeper. The problem was that Derrick was trying to beat them by himself and the way you beat that team is by team defense and sharing the ball.

I have no idea where to post this but it's pretty well written. http://deadspin.com/how-the-hell-did-th ... -493771979

I am not a basketball guy but reading it shed light on aspects of the game I know absolutely nothing about. It was cool.

I'm not going to get on Deng, he has something serious enough to keep him in the hospital. On the other hand, you have Hinrich sitting with a fucking bruise. To me that's just ridiculous. Just like Rose, sitting out because he is mentally weak. I can't believe it has gotten to this point with Rose. I thought if anything, he would be pushing himself too much. This has really gotten sad with him.

hahahahaha! exactly opposite of bernsies analysis.
Quote:
"We don't want to overcommit and open ourselves up to a kick-out pass for a corner 3," Thibodeau says. And holy cow, are they successful. Chicago is on pace to allow the fewest corner-3 attempts per game for the third straight season, and it isn't even close. Only two teams have allowed a lower shooting percentage on corner 3s this season, and none outdid Chicago in this regard in either 2010-11 or 2011-12. The degree to which the Bulls execute Thibodeau's wishes is scary.

he just said today that they dont care if miami's bench shoots 3's all night long. thats not what i saw, and thats not how it is. bernsie watched 2 minutes of the game last night and thought he knew everything. what a fuckin douchebag.

Seriously. What the fuck is wrong with you schmitty? And I'm not even a Kirk Hinrich fan but c'mon. Hinrich can't even walk right now. Guy has internal bleeding and torn ligaments. Has nothing to do with mental weakness.

Bulls got this tonight.

Deng is going to stop by Schmitty's tonight and give him a spinal tap with his wang.

I experienced internal bleeding once after I had to have a kidney removed. It is some serious pain. Took like 72 hours for my body to re-absorb.

Neither are playing anymore. Tom Tolbert not only does afternoon drive on KNBR SportsRadio in San Francisco, but he also does those "CBS Sports Minutes" when Doug Gottlieb isn't. As for Kiki Vandeweghe, he was the interim HC of the former New Jersey Nets in 2009-10 after Lawrence Frank was fired early in that season. Not sure what he's doing now...

Birdman needs to be tossed. This guy is a clown and just starting shit for no reason. It all started with Wade pulling the pud move of tossing the ball after being fouled. Miami obviously doesn't like being played rough.

this game is awesome! the technicals are way too touchy, but i understand that the refs arent going to let this game get out of hand.

nate rob, noah and gibson are the defacto alpha dogs of this team.

this game is insane. lebron is probably feeling like hes the only player on his team. you guys think if jordan in his prime played this game he would do any better? well... maybe.. jordan is twice as good of a shooter as lebron...
