Anybody hear Goofy this morning?

After thorough study and debate, and with serious due consideration of all submitted e-mails, North and Jen have concluded that Vick is not the same as Mayor Daley or John Gacy.

Just in case you were wondering if he might be.

Actually Jen couldn't remember his name. She asked "who was the guy who buried those kids in his basement?" When told it was Gacy, she stated that "Vick was just as bad"...at which point I just about drove off the road. Even North took her to task on that one (although he did draw some off-base comparisons a little later).

After she said Vick was just as bad as Gacy, Mike said that there were 32 families who would disagree with that.

Her reply?

"Those are 32 families who could have puppies."

She tries so hard to say things Mike approves of that she no longer thinks for herself.

As bad as Anne was, at least she had a solid opinion and was professional, Jen is just lost and when she reads the news it reminds me of being in the 3rd grade and having to sit through stuttering Cindy reading a paragraph.

Yeah Jen mentions a story about Calebrese or Lombardo or something about Italians and the mob every day.



One of the worst update days was when Anne had to mention in every update that North was going to be talking later that day with the heads of CBS radio about an extension, or something like that..If that wasn't self serving......

I wonder what mike will do when he is sitting at pappy land once his contract is up. I can just see it now, sitting in his studio with Fritzy, Knuckles and Lucky the Dog doing pretend radio.

Didn't here this, but I can imagine her reply: "Isn't he that golfer with all the wifes who drinks a lot?"

Shouldn't that be the other way, she can't understand why the mayor is doing playing these golf tournaments?
