I hate the way the officials call these games. Having said that the Bulls missed 8 free throws and lost by 10. I think if you add Deng and/or Hinrich to tonight's performance I think you win the game.

I think Norris Cole's 18 off the bench on 7 shots is pretty hard to deal with. It's just that one extra guy hitting open shots.

If the Bulls play like this for the remaining games of this series and lose I will be very satisfied.

Part of why they win is because hardly any of the other teams in the NBA play defense and without strong defense you have to score 110 points consistently to beat this team. The Eastern Conference is definitely weak. Where the Heat make their money is by cherry picking, fast breaks and ridiculously open 3 pointers. Plus you can't stop James when he goes to the basket without fouling him because of the way they officiate the game. Star calls make him unstoppable.

Wade seems very ordinary these days. I don't know if that's his injury or the Bulls' defense. Speaking of defense, Thibs' knows how to shut down Miami's transition and contain LBJ's drive and kick game. His expertise may be one reason why the Heat don't look impressive.

The Heat were going through the motions tonight and won thanks to Cole and Bosh.

It is what it is but I give the Bulls credit for giving it what they have.

Defensively, that is probably partially true, but the Bulls offense creates tremendous space against the Heat. The current Bulls roster should be averaging 75 against any great defense. Miami fast breaks are far fewer than they were two years ago. I am not impressed by the Heat on any level other than Lebron James and their increased depth.

Not sure if you go back to the Jordan days but clearly the dominant team (lead by the dominant player) does what they have to do to win which is what the Heat did tonight. After crushing the Bulls by what, 37 points in Game 2, clearly they know they can beat the Bulls, so yea, we had a chance to win, but with only 6 guys playing, we're fucked unless we play perfectly.

What is total busllshit is James plays 44 minutes and gets ZERO personal fouls.

Talk about a crock of shit.

i think for about 3 quarters the heat werent too sure they were gonna win. it really wasnt until cole hit some huge shots it was like "ok, we can breathe". the bulls lost, but made a big statement last night. the heat is going to suffer for every win this series.

Derrick was a great player. I don't know what he will be like when he comes back. If he wants to dunk on everyone then he's going to get injured quickly. He needs to work on his jump shot and learning to pass the ball better. You don't need to dunk on people as a guard if you can shoot.

As far as this series against the Heat goes I think Deng and Hinrich would be more useful to the Bulls than Rose. I think Hinrich would allow Nate to come off the bench and Deng would be able to switch onto James to spell Butler. But honestly I don't think Deng, Hinrich or Rose will play one game in this series.

As long as the Bulls play their best game I will be happy with their effort. Obviously they want to win, but you can only maximize your team's output to a certain extent without a superstar.

I would be satisfied with a 6-game series loss. I just don't want to see the Bulls lose 4 in a row. The Bulls have to be physical with the the Heat because that is their advantage. Physical does not mean anything dirty or flagrant. Physical means box outs, tight defense, no layups and solid picks. The Heat overreact to normal playoff fouls. Probably all of the Bulls technical fouls have been uncalled for. The Bulls need to continue to be physical without getting technicals or losing their cool.
