Frank knew what he wrote, was given the chance to explain "where he is coming from" and given multiple chances to retract his statement.

He chose not to, he chose this path. Can't be denied. Any decent guy would have just said, "Yeah, you're right, I am sorry" and this whole thing would be null and void.

And I have dealt with idiots for the last 15 years, did you forget I had a construction company? The majority of guys doing manual labor aren't exactly rocket surgeons or brain scientists! Which, I have no issue with, but when the dumb guy (Frank) thinks he is smart, that's when shit hits the floor,fan,toilet,locker,etc.

Being an asshole has some costs in life.
