It was just coincidental, but I super boxed 1,5,6,9. Also put $20 on Oxbow to place. Ended up winning $1,400. Less than I thought, but more than I had! Good shit!

Have you been putting money on the ponies for years? I did it here and there for the Triple Crown races, but then I won big at the Preakness last year and I've been hooked ever since.

Sort of... I've bet the Triple Crown races pretty much every year since college, but I don't know shit about it - random bets. Just love the big races and the 2 minutes. This is the first time I've won anything.

I never won much either....I won a few dollars with Shackleford in the Preakness in 2011, and then as I mentioned earlier, I won at the Preakness last year, and was one number off from winning in the Preakness this year! That's the great thing about horse racing....even if you lose, there's always another race somewhere. Hell, if my gf doesn't hurry up, I may be going back to Hawthorne for the rest of the night!

Save some of your winnings for the Belmont in a few weeks, there may be some nice exotics in there. Maybe my horse Revolutionary comes back.
