nothing really

i was walking my dogs yesterday morning and ran into my other neighbor up at the park...she was saying she was having 22 8 year olds over for a birthday party later in the afternoon so we were joking they better keep the noise down

Most towns have noise ordinances.

Might help to check yours so that there isn't a next time.
