Yeah. I probably won't watch. They do have one of my favorite players in Paul George though.

I agree. I will admit I love to hate the Heat, but the more I watch, I don't think Indiana has a shot in hell. They just don't have the horses on offense. It's a weak field.

I'd agree completely only if Wade was healthy. If he's not 100%, the Heat will still probably win, but I'm sure there'd be more second guessing with every game.

In past years, I'd agree, but with the addition of Ray Allen, Cole, and - I know this sounds weird - the shooting of Battier and Bosh - I just don't think they have a shot. I'd love to eat these words, though.

It doesn't sound weird Leash. When Bosh is consistently making shots from 17 to 20 feet, they're dangerous.

So am I. The West Finals' matchup is the more intriguing of the 2. Even though San Antonio blew them out yesterday, I have this feeling that their series vs. Memphis might go the full 7.

How screwed are the Raptors? They don't even get a lottery pick because theirs goes to the Thunder. And how could they keep Colango around as President after he destroyed the roster as GM?

Random thought here, but I can't help but think what would have happened in the 2006 draft if the new age limit rules (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eligibilit ... _NBA_Draft) were not effective.

If I remember correctly, Kevin Durant only went to college because the new rules made him ineligible for the 2006 draft. The Bulls had the second pick in 2006; would they have had a chance at Durant?

Larry Johnson, does that count?

But no, not the Bobcats I don't believe.

Was Sean May a #1 pick? If it was, I definitely wouldn't publicize it.

They did draft Emeka Okafor #1.

Yikes, someone better tell Jordan the draft is one day after it actually happens just so he might stay out of the war room

Doesn't seem like Memphis made any adjustments from Game one.

Bad move when going against Pop

I hate to even admit this, but I am getting pretty excited about the Spurs. I want to see Pop, Duncan, Parker and the gang go against Miami. Never been a big Spur fan, but if they face the Heat I will be bleeding black

I've been onboard with Farvio and the Spurs thing. Miami doesn't match up well with San Antonio and they'll be in trouble if they have to face them.

Oh, and Lebron is 0-1 against the Spurs in the finals.

Spurs are another one in great financial shape going into next year.

Parker is a steal at 12.5 million and Duncan as well at 10 million.

Ginobili and Stephen Jackson combined for 24 million against their cap this year. But not next year. Ginobili will more than likely give them a huge discount and stay for like what? $4-5 mil or so?

Leonard, Green both under friendly contracts.

They can re-sign Ginobili and still be at only about 47 million.

http://hoopshype.com/salaries/san_antonio.htm

they're going to have to acquire or develop another star or two since Parker is now 30. I stupidly wrote them off around 2009 since Duncan was declining, but Parker really came on and they remained dangerous, although they still haven't been to the finals in six years.

David Stern is going to cry when the NBA Finals feature the scintillating matchup of The Alamo Car Rental Dome Spurs vs the "Hey, isn't that Peyton's old home town?" Pacers. Breaking Bad new season on Netflix? All in.

Tho if it's Spurs vs Heat, that'll be a NBA Finals for the Ages, or maybe the Ageless.

Damn, Tyler is brutal to watch. He is out of control on both offense and defense. Something has to be wrong with him, his face is red as fuck and his mouth is open all the time. As for the game, lots of turnovers. This has been pretty rough so far. Miami sure likes to flop a lot.

Miami is getting all the calls again. NBA made a big deal out of fining players for flopping, but the Heat are still doing often, especially Battier and James. The fall Lebron took when Augustine ran into him was ridiculous.
