Seems like the sequence was

1) Puig hit in nose.
2) Montero hit in back, benches clear.
3) Greinke hit up near the head, benches clear

Dodgers upset... i can't say they are in the wrong here... Kennedy was clearly throwing at people's heads

Cody Ross was hit before the other 3. Ump did a poor job controlling this. Mattingly made a poor decision leaving Grienke in to hit in the bottom of the 7th already throwing 98 pitches in a beanball contest.

Was it over the top railing, or one of the middle ones? I believe over the top is an automatic disqualification in the NL. Bad idea.
