Green should just cross halfcourt and shoot.

San Antonio should be concerned. They are shooting 60 percent from the field and they are only up by 6. They need to get this lead up to 15 going into the 4th quarter.

Ya, it's a 15 point lead, down from the earlier 20 point lead. What constitutes a blowout to you Ike, 40 or more?

are you stupid or something? a 20pt lead in this game means nothing. they got back within 8 with 2min to go.

that said, i want to have sex with danny green.

Nice to see a vintage Manu game. I wasn't sure he had one left in him. Spurs played like champions tonight.

Her crew chief keef finished 13th. His weird pit sequencing allowed her to finish up near the top....that coupled with all the good cars that were racing hard and blew up or wrecked.

This was a game the dynasty Bulls would have won to take a 3-2 lead back to Chicago.

one of the best games i ever seen. that was demoralizing for the heat. even if they win the next game, i think san antonio is going to take this title. honestly though, i think sa wins the next one.

The Spurs had a good game plan and Green and Ginobili came through for them. The thing that concerned me is that they shot 60 percent and Miami shot 43 percent and the Spurs only won by 10 points. In a typical game with those percentages the Spurs should win by 20 or 30. The problem is that the Spurs continue to give the Heat points off turnovers and Miami was also able to get 7 more offensive rebounds, which usually means more shots. A team can shoot a lower percentage and still win if they get more shots than the opposition.

Ray Allen almost willed the Heat to a win. They just couldn't get enough stops down the stretch. The big three and Ray Allen combined for 87 points on 65 shots. Those are good numbers in points, but they got just 17 points from the rest of the team.

The Spurs got 7 points off the bench. Nice to see Splitter on the bench most of the game. The Spurs starting lineup played a tremendous game. Every starter shot over 50 percent for the game. They shot over 80 percent from the line. If they can cut down on the turnovers and shoot a high percentage they will finish off the series in the next game.

The Heat knew they're going back to Miami anyway for two, so I don't think it's demoralizing at all. SA lost this series in game four.

see you just said it though. they "only" won by 10, but old man ray allen had to will his team to be even close. the heat did everything they could, so did the spurs, and the spurs were better. that was a solid win, through and through.

thats not what the heat were thinking at all. lebron told his whole team that what they did to win game 4 wasnt going to cut it this game. they played even harder, and still lost. you didnt see any look of confidence as they were walking off court- they got beat and it was legit.

i don't doubt they got legitimately beat, and that they felt bad about it...probably as bad as the Spurs felt about the game four blowout.

I had the Heat winning from the start, but I really think they won it when they stole home court advantage back from the Spurs.

i had no idea who would win this series when it started, but after 5 games, san antonio is the better team. the heat have more talent, but theyre not smart or willing enough to do it against a real team. you cant rely on a 54 year old player to hit threes and drive to the basket to win for you. the fact that this game was close was sort of a joke. sa just wouldnt stop. their will to win is twice that of the heat, and its making the difference in the series.

I haven't seen anything that makes me think the Heat are even close to unbeatable at home in the playoffs. Heck, the Bulls beat them there.

The Spurs need to come up with a solid game plan for game 6 to blow Miami out in the first half. They could win a game 7 in Miami, but you have to think Miami will have the momentum if they win game 6. So far in this series neither team has been able to win 2 in a row. Based on that and the ABC execs it's probably going 7 games.

shut the fuck up dude, you have no clue about racing and obviously even less of a clue about the nba. this was game 5 finals, against the heat. you could be up by 30 at the start of the 4th and easily lose. get your head out of your ass, or just choke on your own shit.

tv stations arent dictating finals series. the heat tried to win every game this series. they havent because theyre not as great as they think they are. watch. the. game.

I don't know, Ike. I just watched Chuck ask Manu if he's ever been in a series where other than the first game, every game has been a blowout. Manu didn't argue with him.

Best in the business.

I don't know about that, I think San Antonio's roster as a whole is much more impressive. Wade is running on fumes and the Miami role players are rather lackluster.

the heat didnt have a great game, and the spurs played out of their minds. if the heat kept their run going they had, they would have easily won no matter what the spurs did. thats the point though, the heat didnt play great because they werent ready. theyre not as good of a team, even though they have more talent.

Very nice spurs, close these pretenders out in game 6.
