It seemed at first like it just didn't line up with their topics that day. But then it seems like more and more they just don't want to talk about it. I would really like to hear them discuss this lawsuit on the air. CBSSports ran with it, so the mother nipple has no problem with the story.

honestly.... they have enough material for this week and most of next on the hawks... so they are probably saving the bernie fine lawsuit for a slow news day sometime in early july
