Thank you, Cairo. Due to your kindness, I will agree not to write any innuendo regarding Dan Bernstein for the rest of the day.

At least we've finally removed Lebron's asterisk. They played a full 82 game schedule this year.

No problem. The innuendo is fine as long as it's kept to the Bernstein Hatred Section.

Yup. He only needs 6 more to pass Pippen.

2 more to pass Luc Longley.

Congrats to the Heat for winning their first whole championship.

Wade = 2.5

I'm just waiting for a championship we can attribute to Lebron.

Dwade = 1
Shane Battier = 1
Lebron = 0

Bosh, Miller, Allen and Haslem didn't score. Shane Battier killed the Spurs with 6-8 on 3-pointers. That pretty much wins the game for them with 6 additional made shots and 18 points.

The Spurs hung in there, but Parker is not 100 percent and his game showed that. Duncan just didn't have enough at the end to finish. Ginobili played a solid game, but he had critical turnovers down the stretch. Splitter gave the Spurs very little in this series. Danny Green and Gary Neal gave the Spurs a lift in the early games, but 10 points on 3-19 from the field is not going to get it done in game 7 on the road. Green struggled in this final game because he was forced to handle the ball. Kawhi Leonard actually played some of the best basketball considering he lost the championship for them in the previous game with a missed free throw. Overall, the Spurs could and should have won this series. But most of the time when you fail to finish your opponent off they come back and beat you.

the fact that Bosh didn't score at all is mind-blowing

Do they Heat keep the majority of this team together for next year? There was a lot of talk if they lost in the finals they would look to trade Bosh. Is that still a possibility

I would think so.

The Miami Heat aren't getting any younger and Bosh isn't getting any more effective.

I would imagine they will do a slight re-tooling over the next year or so.

Everybody is pretty much under contract for next year aside from the Bird. Ray Allen, James Jones and Rashard Lewis all have player options, and I would expect them to all opt in.......with the slight possible exception of James Jones.

If it's the same team but a year older.......eeeeek!

Despite the well-known holes in his game, I think Bosh can be an attractive asset to trade. He's still only 28, and he's averaged around 17 and 9 in Miami on 150-200 less shots per season than he was getting in Toronto. He can easily get back to something like 22 and 10 on a team where he gets more shots as a second or first option rather than a distant third.

I think the only problem with that is the Heat might get better with Gasol, but they also get older. They're already old as it is with Wade, Battier, and Allen occupying crucial roles.

I gotta be honest. I don't even understand the context in which that single frame could have been misconstrued. They are real life 2 x 2's.

I'm ok with it. You've never tongued another guy?
