I've been listening to them as well, they're fans of the game and they know the game. They talk in specifics of both players and strategy, and have given the Blackhawks their due. Plus, when not talking hockey they give measured and sober opinions on basketball and baseball, and have been itching to get more on the Aaron Hernandez story.

So, it was the opposite of pretty much every show on the Score?

I don't think Mac and Meat gave any specifics concerning the actual game/playoffs/strategy etc. during the show today. Lots of vague generalities like neither of them were paying much attention, that or they just aren't that well versed in the actual game of hockey and can't discuss it in a proper manner befitting a major market radio show.

Probably the former.

P.S., It seems that no actual host has actually broken down anything that happened last night or actually talked about it all that much. Very strange.
