Matt's turn next to Bernsie today. I, foolishly, have faith in turning this ship around.

Put not your faith in these false gods.

Embrace the Lord of Light Loafers and join Our Family.

For the Score is dark and full of terrors.

Hey Dan.

Dan.

Dan.

I think people should really celebrate the Hawks win, Dan.

Yeah.

Dan.

They should buy lots of shirts.

And hats.

Because that's being a real fan.

Hey Dan.

Dan.

That's what being a real fan is, Dan.

Dan.

Dan.

Dan.

Sadly, that's pretty accurate. I would normally say anyone would be better than Leary, but I don't know about this. I still miss Goff!

Silvy fires back...

Silvy ‏@WaddleandSilvy 3m
Not only will Rocky Wirtz be in studio at 3pm...we're expecting a visit from @FloydMayweather at 5pm. This should be fun.

Radio Booyah gets Rocky Wirtz and John McDonough. Chicago's Sports Station gets Ethan Skolnick. The world is upside down.

No one on the Score seems to want to talk about the actual game. They rather endlessly (and poorly) psychoanalyze sports fans.

I appreciate going beyond the games themselves from time to time, but when it comes to hockey, it's never anything more than trying to understand why its fans are stupid and/or racist.

I don't get it. I found Carmen and Jurko to be the best listen for breaking down the game actually. But this void of actually discussing the game that took place during B&B is really bizarre. I think LoHo just goes with the flow. Sometimes Matt will stand up and try to steer the ship in the right direction. I hope today is one of those times. At this point, I'll take Cubs and Sox talk. Just some sports discussion would be nice today.

I keep reading 'JORR' in place of 'Score'.

Listening to transition and Bernsie brings up DOMA and the filibuster in Texas.

A) While I am interested in these issues I do not tune in to sports radio to hear about them.

B) Even if I did want to hear about these issues on sports radio, I don't want to hear them brought up by someone who is likely only bringing them up for the purposes of trolling.

The Northification of Bernstein continues.

That was lame.

And BernSTINE going after hockey meatballs by telling us that the 'Hawks finished last in hits because hits mean nothing and they are just like fighting! Stupid hockey fans.

This will def. be the classic trolling show.

Good to see Mac bitching out and not getting anything off his chest. Maybe he does lack the fortitude to take back the drive time slot and save the Score.

Negative. Let the current guys skewer themselves and then step in. To try and step up now only helps the current show.

I've thought this a number of times recently, and my brain must have some defense against abhorrent thoughts such as that. But reading it ... well, as is often said around here: hard to argue.

I has a sad. :(

I'm by myself on this one, but I'm going to enjoy this show. Matt always seems to cut Dan off when he gets over the top.

I've been drawing the North/Bernstein parallels for a while. It is rather unsettling, isn't it.
