And that's why you negotiate turning yourself in. So you don't get a shirt tossed over your handcuffed body as you are dragged out of your house

I'm sure his lawyer asked the cops if he could bring Hernandez to the station if and when they were going to execute the arrest warrant. Cops don't have to allow that. Nor do they even have to tell the lawyer that they are planning to arrest him. I think they wanted to humiliate him. Hernandez hasn't cooperated at all.

They'll announce the charges later. Don't assume it's obstruction of justice. PFT reported an anonymous source saying "assume the worst." Maybe they now have enough evidence for a murder charge.

Never underestimate the power of Tim Tebow. It is far-reaching and omnipresent.

Tim Tebow killed that guy, Tim Tebow destroyed the security system.

It's all falling into place.

If Tebow killed someone Bernstein would literally explode from excitement

Keary Sayers said earlier something like 27 NFL players have been arrested since the Super Bowl.

27 players or arrests?

Might be like 4 players but one of them is Titus Young.

The amount of evidence presented at his arraignment is mind boggling.

Denied bail.

They really must have a mountain of evidence against him.

There is apparently plenty of surveillance and maybe some DNA stuff that puts him in the car in question with a gun that matches the the wounds on Lloyd.

There is also texts from the victim to his sister/mother saying "Did you see who I'm with?" with a 2nd text saying "NFL is who I'm with"

Tape of Hernandez, saying "You just can't trust anyone anymore." Apparently Hernandez wasn't happy about Lloyd hanging out/talking with another group of people that Hernandez didn't like....etc. etc.

Rental car registered to Hernandez.

More stuff rolling out as the day goes on.

Yeah. They have it all. This is an easy one.

Guy is due tens of millions of dollars over the next 4 or 5 years. And he decides he's gonna kill somebody? Even if he was wronged by this dude, why do you even care enough to kill him. It was basically a strip club argument. Probably about nothing. You go on being rich and famous and not care. He's so stupid.

He might have, you never know. He smashed up a cellphone, didn't he? There was probably pics/vids on there.

BEtween this and Gronk being ouchy all the time, that Tim Tebow is looking like a great tight end pickup.

 He basically did. There is a video of him holding a gun saying "You can't trust people these days" right before the guy was killed.

Hernandez may have bought marijuana paraphernalia too. Could we have our first confirmed marijuana death?
