Wish there was a shorter name for those kind of groups

Sounds like someone snitched on Hernandez, otherwise they would be looking for the other 2 guys. I'm sure he was there at the scene, but unless someone snitched, there isn't proof he pulled the trigger. He could have brought the gun with, and had the other guys do it.

You're right. The other two turned on him to save their asses. That's what Aaron should have done from the beginning instead of not cooperating. That's his only hope. To convince the jury that the one of the other thugs pulled the trigger. I'm assuming they don't have the weapon. So it's possible.

But you can still be convicted of murder if you didn't pull the trigger. If they can prove that he was a part of the plan. Doesn't matter who pulled it.

Rae Carruth did not technically pull a trigger. He was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder.
