Leftover country fried steak, yogurt, a banana, and a fun size Snickers.

Ah cool. I may have oversold the sandwich a bit but I was hungry enough that I would have
eaten the box it came in if that was the only thing available.

The sauce was really good. But anytime I get 3/4 through a McDonalds sandwich, the regret starts...

Yeah, I understand that all too well.

No this is mine as well. I have been hitting the gym and not going to the fast food places like I used to
but when I end up going i really feel shitty about my choice even if it was tasty.

Just felt like a Baconator day today. Had a good week, was listening to the celebration on the radio
and said screw it and got one. I feel a little less guilt but I have plans to get to the gym this weekend
and tighten the screws a bit.

On these recommendations I had me one of these. I was pleasantly surprised to find the sauce is nice and spicy. Good fast food burger.

It was between this and a Baconator for me and went with the Wendy's.

TBone, I've found the baconater to honestly be too much junk/grease. Son of Baconator, as lame as that name is, seems to be the perfect medium of bacon and hamburger, but won't burst your belt either.

Today was a turkey sammich with cucumber, apple sauce, a fruit cup, and an oatmeal raisin cookie.

I happened to see that after I placed my order. I think I may take you up on the suggestion next time. It
tasted good but between the greasy sandwich and the fries it toes the line of being a bit much. I am not
eating dinner so I figured I would be ok having the bigger sammich. I have actually been picking lettuce
out of my garden at lunch since I have to let the dog out but just didn't feel like a salad today.

Don't have to go home to let dog out for lunch today, but forgot to bring a lunch to work. Not sure what I am
going to have. Thinking some kind of deli sandwich.

Yu's doesn't take reservations. If you go at dinner time Friday or Saturday night, you'll wait at least 1 hour for a table & lunch time is jammed every day. Everything is made from scratch here with none of the usual premade & canned crap that you get at most Chinese restaurants. They even make their own noodles.
When you go to a Chinese restaurant, take a look around at the rest of the customers. If the place isn't loaded with Asians, leave before you order. Yu's is full of Asians all the time.
I have ate in many high end Chinese restaurants & Yu's is better than all of them.
Szechuan Chicken & Shrimp & Hot & Sour Soup is outstanding.

They had a casual day at work today where you could clean your desk, shred documents and
clean files out of your computer for a while and then brought in food at lunch. I was happy to
see they were serving pasta and potato salad, garden salad and pieces of 6 foot subs. I saw an
end piece of what appeared to me to be a roast beef sub. Perfect! I got back to my desk and
opened the sandwich only to find out that it appeared to be an eggplant sandwich.... I got
robbed. Needless to say the sandwich was deposited in the garbage and I had a Whopper
from across the street instead.

Also bad.

Yu's is just over loved. Their egg rolls are terrible. Their sesame chicken is blah. Their pot stickers are ok.

The best Chinese place in The Mecca closed a couple of years ago. Smiling Buddha was down Golf and always busy. Unfortunately, the owners got older, retired, and the kids opted to close it down.

Beef Tenderloin, Pork Tenderloin, corn on the cob and a assortment of pasta salads along with dessert. Almost makes it worthwhile getting out of bed and coming in to work today. May need to figure out a way to work in a nap this afternoon.

Been seeing a lot of commercials for that Bacon Cheeseburger on a pretzel roll from Wendy's
so I picked one up today and am eating it now. Pretty good. I would rate the pub burger
from Culvers higher but this isn't too bad.

'Twas both. The GF loved it, too. I added about 2/3 cup pesto (calls for 1/3-1/2), and it still was a little dry, FYI.

Lunch was going to be a salad. Empty the Fresh Express spinach and arugula bag into my bowl, and out falls a big piece of plastic with it. Awesome. I e-mailed the company to complain. Luckily I had a second bag of lettuce at work, so salad is still on the menu.
