It's funny because when we last saw him play he was no worse than the 3rd best player in the league, and like Kid said, I doubt he forgot how to play basketball. If he plays 70+ games this year he will be on the All NBA first team and probably top 3 in MVP voting.

What's this WW vs FF stuff? Every now and then it pops up out of nowhere and I have no idea what's the core issue about which they disagree. For what it's worth, I don't always agree with FF but there's no doubting he knows his stuff. So I don't get this at all. I just wish he conceded that OKC is next, if you know what I mean.

rose only said it because hes an idiot that thinks hes smart. he thinks hes doing right by being confident, but its a swing and miss when you have a clone of yourself out there that does everything you do except does it BIGGER. and that clone also is the one with back to back titles, and is damn near the sole reason he has those trophies. miami doesnt even make the playoffs without lebron. that guy has been the best for years, but this last year he showed hes an absolute freak of nature that can only be stopped if he doesnt want to try.

Good point about Curry. Not sure where to rank him; he's obviously a very gifted shooter and good scorer, but I'm not sure if he's as dynamic a scorer as guys like Rose or Westbrook. Where would you put him on your list of PGs?

The only thing that would have made me enjoy this post even more was if I believed all of this could happen. That lack of help factor you mentioned, in my opinion, is still operative this year. The only player that can change this is Butler, since everyone else (except Rose and the rookie) has reached their respective ceilings.

Sure, that's true. I'll put it this way: I don't think Noah will ever increase his scoring production, but he may enhance pre-existing skills like rebounding, help D, court vision, and so on. But these skills are redundant in the larger picture; it's not like the Bulls, already one of the best teams in the league on defense, will get closer to the Finals by being better at defense. This team needs offense.

He's easily one of the best passing big men in the game, he has one of the best penetrator/finishers back now, and the Bulls filled their open roster spots all with shooters. I think the offense will be very good this season. Top 10 in points per 100 possessions.
