They could end this shit real fast but they wont. You have a life time ban for steroids and hgh. You remove stimulants as a banned substance or place them under the drug of abuse policy. Getting a kick in the ass before BP or the game after a hard night of drinking is on a completely different level than going to a lab or specialist to chemically or hormonaly alter your body. If that dumbass orioles pitcher wasn't a dumbass they would not have been banned in the first place.
