It is big and expensive. If that's what he likes great. There are no personal items and it has a staged feel. Too much stone and the kitchen is too small.

It has a feminine quality to the decorating. Even the man cave isn't all that masculine. It looks like a wine bar. I would have amped up the movie theater with some kind of theme to it and incorporated the bar into the whole theme. Instead, that's the blandest room in the house.
