Curious to see what the line will be. Might be a pick em despite being in Pittsburgh. Steelers look bad.

I don't think it's a gimme game, though. Few NFL road games are unless you're in Jacksonville.

This Steelers team is garbage. No playmakers on offense, terrible OL, mediocre defense.

Bears 30
Steelers 14

Wow. Early line has Bears as 2.5 point favorites.

Where?

I only see a regular 2 point Bears favorite.

You're right. It's 2 in most places. I saw 2.5 somewhere on a google search.

Scorehead's assessment is right. If Miller is back like they mentioned last night could cause a couple problems but doubt it.

I think the Steelers are a little dangerous in this spot. This is their last stand, at home and on national TV. The defense played pretty tough last night. While they have nothing in the run game, they did get guys open deep, which the Bears have been susceptible to in the past two week.s

They still have no running game. It's like the inverse of the challenge the Vikings present: moderately dangerous in the passing game, extremely weak on the ground.

I will say one thing though. The pass rush better wake up and if you pressure Ben you better get him. Not many are more dangerous than he is at running around under pressure and finding open receivers.

I think the Bears are the better team, but I agree with the above statement. Pittsburgh is just one of those franchises that never goes down without swinging. At home and on national TV, they will be prepared, and it will be a battle.

I think quite the opposite. This is the teaser/parlay game of the week. Looking for the Bears to win by double digits. Steelers have no run game. That Pittsburgh D looks zombified now that James Harrison is playing down the Ohio River. Bears are better in all three phases. Final score, Bears 41 Steelers 9.

That zombified D has given up 16 and 20 points.

I think the Steelers WR's are awful. I don't recall then getting open deep very often last night.

Roethlisberger couldn't hit them. I thought both he and Dalton were way off on their deep throws yesterday

Also keep in mind that Cutler typically is pretty bad on Sunday night games for whatever reason. The Bears on paper are better and should win, but the Steelers are in a tough spot and sometimes playing a team like that can be dangerous.

That game was awful last night between the overthrows by Big Ben and the Troy Polamalu tea-bagging by Gruden last night. That being said, I think it will be very close but the Bears pull it out...again!

If the Bears defensive line & Peppers cant get to big Ben as bad as the Steelers offensive line is, then we have a real problem.

it would be weird if it was another close game where we keep trailing then at the last 2min we win.

The whole "the Steelers are a team that, historically, have always bounced back from adversity...In the past 25 years they've blah blah blah" thing needs to stop. I've heard too many people bring it up, including Florio and Biggs, and they all should be fired for doing so. There is obviously zero relevance between the accomplishments of previous Steelers teams and today's team, so all this superfluous stat talk needs to stop.
