Notre Dame is shockingly getting some absolute bullshit home town pass interference calls today. Good christ was the last one awful.

So Smooth Kenny G broke Buckeye passing TD record in the 1st half. Nuts. Route to championship bowl is pretty much #fasttrack

Tough schedule those buckeyes play. They need to throw in an additional escalator clause that gives the schools like Florida A&M an extra million once they exceed 60 pts.

Agree with the horse shit sked. If you wanna run with the SEC you gotta put a real team in there. I know they played Texas a few years ago and lost. But those type of games matter when trying to get to the crystal game. Even scrub teams like ND did such.

I can't talk too much shit seeing that my team "The U" is up 70 to 7 in the 3rd!!!! Its really cool to see North Dakota go and do work on Kansas State but these 70 pt blowouts are stupid. No more FCS teams.

Can't believe Wisconsin is still running the score up on teams. Bielema is such a dick.

All joking aside, looking forward to next week. I don't see Wisconsin winning this one on the road, but fingers are crossed that they can compete and keep it close.

I think we might see this FCS blowout game crap done away with. Louisville had to have a running clock like high school in their 72-0 win over FIU. Miami had the running clock as well in their 77-7 win and the made it a 12 minute 4th quarter instead of 15.

This is really why I have a dislike for college football. Sure I will watch a good or big game but what is the point of these games?

They have to stop allowing them to pay teams for these game and must require a home and away 2 year contract. That should put an end to it while allowing for a few of the good FCS teams a shot at average BCS teams.

Games like that are the equivalent of NFL exhibition games though hopefully as time goes on they will be less frequent.

Teams like Alabama aren't exactly playing murderers row. Frankly, given the concentration of power in the 3 major conferences, their conference schedules more than make up for the patsies they play at the beginning of the season.

Wisconsin vs. OSU will be really interesting. They are probably #1 and #2 in my B1G power ranking. Let's see how the Buckeyes handle a good defense. Anyone know if it is the Kenny G show or is Braxton supposed to be back?

Don't know what you thought of the players putting the APU (All Players United) movement, Fitzgerald wasn't a fan of COlter doing it.

you forgot a key part of that statement "... without letting him know first."

Fitz isn't on record (as far as I know) about whether he supports or doesn't support the APU.

Check out this interview... you can hear Teddy Greenstein in the background asking questions. I have to admit, I wasn't thinking I liked the move by Kain, but to hear him speak about it, I think it actually makes some sense. Fundamentally all this group is trying to do is have a more direct voice in issues that impact players. NFL players have a union... college athletes don't. They have to work through coaches and athletic directors whose incentives might be a conflict with the student athletes.

I know it was ugly for Purdue today, but the bright side could be the start of the future with quarterback Danny Etling.

Still feel this way? Like I said, the kicker is awful. It was worth it to try to center it.

Best I've felt at QB since Orton was there, and they have another guy coming in to push him next year too.

This year will be tough to watch though with how bad Henry was for every game but Notre Dame they may find a way to be competitive in more games.

Iowa might be better than I expected but they did the same thing last year (looking better early and falling apart). They need 2 wins in the next 4 to make me really believe (which will be tough - vs MSU @ OSU vs vs Wisconsin).

Iowa v. Michigan State may not break the 20 point total

Iowa is better than last year - their offense looks like an actual offense.

Early number is Iowa -1.5

Purdue may be the worst team in the history of football.

Wow. IU. Northwestern. Illinois. Obviously Purdue.

Rooting for some teams are just a factory of sadness.

All the games seem the same these days. I don't even remember what it feels like to go in expecting to win a game.
