Some pretty good defense being played tonight. Or maybe it's awful QBing. Either way pretty good game so far.

The fact that that was an incompletion is a joke.

I don't watch much of the Rams but Bradford has been around long enough that he should not suck this much. He is throwing scared and putting the ball in bad places. His missed TD earlier was ugly.

Agreed UMN, there is some bad quarterback play in this league and it looks like Sam Bradford is right there with them.

Ok, this game sucks. How the fuck is Schottenheimer employed? The Jets offense sucked shit and so does this Rams one.

Bradford is becoming one of the quietest 1st round busts of all time.

His stats aren't terrible. His win/loss record is terrible. He just doesn't seem to have developed mentally, he plays scared and he is fragile. You can't burn a top pick on that.

Bradford has been my FF QB in the CSFMB Nas Keeper league for the past 3 years, so I've been following him really closely. The knock was always that he needed a WR, which is why they got Tavon Austin. But Bradford just seems like he isn't developing.

A couple thoughts on this weeks games, I wouldn't have thought the Jets or Titans would have been 3-1, winner of that game is.

On the London game, since Cassel starts if he's good, does he get to start for a while and if he's bad do the Vikings make the trade for Josh Freeman to try and salvage the season.

Bengals and Ravens are pretty bad. Both losing to teams they should beat. Looks like the AFC North could end up being a shit division. All the Freeman talk today was ridiculous. Most of the talking heads scared just to say he's bad. He hasn't gotten better since his rookie season. Everyone wanted to make excuses for him in the pre-game shows. Then ESPN airs that shit interview with him, really?

Tho at this point, having Ryan Fitzpatrick as your backup appears to be almost a guarantee you'll suffer a season ending injury.

I think we can all agree that Peyton Manning is a robot sent from the future to destroy mankind.

Why did New England give Welker to Peyton Manning. Thought Belichick was some sort of platyer personnel guru.

Broncos keep running those curl (?) plays (where the receiver runs back toward the o-line and catches the ball on the run) to Welker/Decker/Thomas with some screens and runs mixed in and not going downfield at all. no doubt a deliberate strategy to keep Vick and the Eagles offense off the field.

That pic-six by Schaub with 2:42 left in the game was one of the worst decisions/throws EVER.

Which college team will Chip Kelly be coaching next year? I say USC or Georgia.

College coaches have to jump to the NFL, fail, go back to college, and then return to the NFL and succeed, e.g., Pete Carroll.

I didn't remember than Carroll was Belichick's predecessor...seems like a lifetime ago.

Carroll never was a head coach in college though, until he took the USC job. Furthermore, Carroll wasn't as bad as everyone makes him out to be. I'm not for sure why everyone acts like he was horrible. He wasn't Rich Kotite for God's sake.

1997: 10-6, playoffs 1-1
1998: 9-7, playoffs 0-1
1999: 8-8

Carroll was an NFL coach that went to college and then came back. The Seahawks are his 3rd NFL team he has been the head coach for.

Chip will end up at Notre Dame in a few years once the red faced Kelly tries his hand in the league.
