There's a great polish grocery/deli on corner of 83 & Camp McDonald next to the post office.

Campanelli Park in Schaumburg. It was the first baseball field that I played at with an outfield fence. It was always fun to try to launch a real homer. I never did it in a game, but I did it in practice.

Overnight for Camp for 2 months in the Northern Woods was about as good life got! and think it helped my mom survive life.

This is a thing with many of the jewish people I know and is starting to become more popular with everyone. I cannot imagine sending my kids away for the summer. I enjoy their break with them as much as they do.

Not really the Northern Woods, but you weren't near Wautoma were you?

I'm there literally 4 times a year. I didn't know anyone else had ever heard of it.

Actually we stay just outside Dakota, a bit south of there. We usually golf Waushara (adjacent to Silver Lake) at least once a year, preceded by breakfast at Lakeshore restaurant, across the street from Bugh's lake.

And we are going up in a couple weeks for the big Moosetoberfest at the Moose Inn.

I used to play baseball against a kid named Shawn Camp. Guy was a total prick. He was the large fat ass with this huge belly. He would stand in the batters box and his belly would flop out over the plate. The pitcher would often hit him and then he would proceed to throw a hissy fit and try to act all bad ass like he was going to come out to the mound and beat your ass, when everyone in the place knew the jog from home plate to the pitchers mound would be too much for his fat ass.
