I had a couple of pieces last night. I thought it would suck but it was damn tasty. I guess the only issue is 8 pieces for 8 bucks. So to feed a family of 4,you need 2 of them. Suddenly 16 bucks and by that time you might as well call Malnattis.

I just know of one Little Caesars by me (Arlington Hts/Mt. Prospect area).
I'm surprised they are not all over the place like Subway.

I only know because I was at the K-Mart to pick up a fan not too long ago and was like no shit there is a Little Ceasars in here?

Also, why is it that so many folks have trouble spelling Caesar? Especially since the Roman Empire is 90% of the elementary school curriculum.

I blame this guy

There's one in West Chicago.

Also, Mike Ilitch owns Little Caesar's. When you buy their shitty pizza, you're indirectly supporting the Red Wings.

It's not shitty (for 8 bucks),that was kind of why I gave it a shoutout.

over 20 years ago i opened a store for them and they were popping up everywhere. they over saturated the market and started losing money and backed off.

How do any chains stay in business in Chicagoland? Between Rosati's, Malnati's, and all the hole-in-the-wall family places, why ever go to a Domino's?

Even out here in the middle of Ho-where there's good local joints.
I like Rosatis, but I'm a bigger fan of Stucs.

5 & 8 pizza . I read that Royko article. A little Royko goes a looong way. I got sick of his "blue collar guy" bullshit. I have to say this about chains. Maggiano's has the best meatballs I ever tasted. All the food is pretty good.

I think that's Papa Johns. That pizza sucks and is tiny. Caesars still has the 5 buck pizza too.

You stay outta this. I went to your favorite Pizza joint & was remarkably underwhelmed.

My bad. I found out recently that my parents haven't been ordering from there for about 5 years. They said its no good anymore. Good run from about 95-08.

Dg has bad pizza. When we order I always mumble about getting noodles and ketchup.

My wife likes Domino's (to be fair, she's from Michigan). 90% of the time, we will order from Bill's or Wayne's up here, but on occasion, she likes the crust from Domino's...and they usually have it at my door within a half hour of ordering...convenience more than anything at that point.

On a side note, they now have this really thin crust, too...ordering that with grilled chicken, bacon, onions, and bbq sauce...outstanding (for a Domino's pizza)

Let's not go that far.

Let's go further

There are a ton of local places that LC is better than.

But either way it CRUSHES Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns

If I'm ordering from a chain, I usually go with Pizza Hut. It's a GREAT hangover food.

I couldnt disagree more with both of you (Although Pizza Hut occasionally stumbles upon a decent side item)

Anyway, 5$ and Ready is the only reason to go to these chains for me. If not for that Id stick with my normal places
