As he does with all of the guys they've given him for the Saturday show through the years, but a little worse with Finfer. Ridiculing or dismissing a lot of the shit Finfer says. Kind giving him the "I'm the great Rosie, you're just a lowly Finfer." attitude.

Rosie:

Finfer: :(

They should just give Rosie a solo Saturday show. He dominates it with a partner anyway and basically makes his partner his bitch.

Is Finfer the permanent host, or is Grote just off doing that thing where he takes a vow of silence with his dad?

I haven't really gotten this off for a funeral stuff about Grote that Rosie has said last few weeks.

Not sure. Have noticed Grote missing the last month or so. Mitch has given Espo, Rowdy and now Finfer to Rosie for him to piss on. Rosie smells blood when they give him passive, timid, respectable white guys. Rosie doesn't pull his shit on Bernstein.

To the contrary, I think Rosie and Rozner are the only ones that do keep Bernsie in check.

In check, maybe. I'm just saying Rosie isn't a dick to Bernstein like he is to the guys they throw at him on Saturday.

Maybe Grote is sick of working with Rosie and/or working Saturdays. He does mon through fri. I think he thought Saturdays would be a tryout for him to get his own show, but he quickly figured out that all it is his 4 hours of Rosie kicking him in the sack. Grote said, "Fuck it, give me a full weekend off." I doubt it's more than a couple hundred bucks pay to do this Saturday Show. Not knocking that. $200 is $200 and it's not hard work. It's not like Grote prepares or has any interesting takes on stuff. But Grote figured the time off is more valuable.

Yeah, come to think of it, you can't expect Grote to do crosstalk with Grobber five days a week and then host a Saturday show with Rosenbloom. By God, he's only human.

Mich, give drinky to Rosie one Saturday. Drinky wouldn't take it from Rosie like these other guys.

Sure, it would devolve into a child-like, temper tantrum type fight, but it would be entertaining once a month or so. The listeners would laugh at the hosts embarrassing themselves.

Rosie's ex must have took him to the cleaners in the divorce. Cuz he is bitter as hell about marriage and having kids. At least one or two comments per show from Rosie where he's bashing marriage and reproduction.

I don't think he's divorced. That just sounds like Rosenbloom being cantankerous.

He talks his about his two kids. He also talks about his girlfriend. At the end of today's show he said he's living in sin with her. I think it all adds up to being divorced.

I think he is happy with Luscious as she is new one. He hates old one. I feel his pain as I am still with old one.

Heard the first 15 minutes today. He referred to Derrick Rose as as Reggie Rose's Brother no less than 15 times.

Once or twice is funny (sort of). 15 times is a guy who thought of one funny thing and can't let it go.

Yeah, Rosenbloom will ride an epigram deep into the ground. It wouldn't be such a problem if I didn't suspect a Saturday morning show has a much more long-term listener than a drive-time show.

He and Rozner should get some evening shifts during hockey season.

The old Saturday morning show with Dave Baum was great. Baum played the crazy old coot role, and Rosenbloom was the voice of reason. Not nearly as obnoxiously sour as he is now.

Amen to that Minooka.

One of the best shows ever on the Score.

You sure maybe it wasn't Abbatacola filling in?
