He literally ran their career. That's the second time tonight the word has been used properly. They were a couple gassed up guys that Ole hired. Hawk was lippy, even when they weren't drawing. Ellering booked everything for them. He wasn't a TV manager.

I see. That makes sense. Just from a TV manager's standpoint, I think he was awful. But I don't remember him from the NWA. I only remember him from that bastardized WWF run in '92 with the ventriloquist dummy.

It wasn't huge. Garvin got somewhat over in Carolina. Two other guys turned Garvin's role down because they didn't want to be a one month deal. While the booking issues were happening, Crockett was trying to expand. Chicago was a great town for The Horseman. Horrible.
