What would you say if another poster said this to you?
I doubt he would be looking for apologies or sympathy like GoND is/was.

Nor are the Panthers.

Both will be in the 4-12/5-11 range but no way will they be 0fer. I say Jaguars go 2-14.

Browns are gonna make the playoffs

2 wins against Pitt
2 against Cinci
1 against the Ravens
Bills
Jags
Bears
Jets

9-7 Browns

Unless they trade their fucking stud starting running back

On Wed, approx 11 AM, went to get tacos for the office and I am talking to the guy I am with about this bet. Because they announced Brian Hoyer would be starting this week and he says "They may as well trade Richardson if you are starting a 3rd string QB in week 3, your're season is done!"

Next morning "SHAZAM"

Cleveland Browns lead AFC North after win vs. Bills
128

The Cleveland Browns took a punch to the gut early Thursday night when they lost starting quarterback Brian Hoyer to a knee sprain and fell behind by 10 points against the Buffalo Bills.

Most Browns teams over the years would have folded at that point. Just like most folks thought this Browns team gave up on the season when it traded running back Trent Richardson. No matter what happens from here on out, this is not your average Browns team.

The Browns stormed back to beat Buffalo 37-24 on Thursday night behind an aggressive defense, big punt returns from Travis Benjamin and timely throws by Brandon Weeden. It's October and the Browns are in first place in the AFC North at 3-2. This was their first comeback of eight points or more in 25 games. It's the first time the Browns have been over .500 since 2007.

Like most Browns stories, some caveats are involved. The Bills, now 2-3, lost starting quarterback EJ Manuel to a knee injury in the third quarter, and Buffalo's undrafted rookie Jeff Tuel was not prepared to move the ball. So the Browns should have won this game. Defensive lineman Desmond Bryant went to the hospital after having shortness of breath. NFL Media's Alex Flanagan reports that the Browns fear Hoyer tore ligaments in his knee. He'll undergo an MRI exam Friday.

Weeden had his moments; he can throw a pretty deep ball when protected. But he also displayed the same lack of pocket awareness and lack of touch that led to him getting booed often by the home crowd. The Browns are a better team with Hoyer behind center. The ceiling for what the Browns can accomplish this season is lower if Weeden is the starter again.

We can't help feeling for Browns fans after this one. Even on a great night for the organization, Hoyer's injury was a sobering development. But that bad news is a lot easier to swallow after a win.

Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron are offensive cornerstones to build around. The defensive front seven is as deep as any group in the league. This is a young team with a boatload of draft picks in 2014, and it already has shown the ability to win in tough situations.

Let's call Cleveland a factory of cautious optimism for now.

I've always thought we'd see three more 16-0 teams before we'd see another 0-16, but the Jaguars are going to give it a run. I can't remember a team this bad.

I give up. Notre Dame will go 2-10, the Bears will go 16-0, and I'll be outta here.

If you've never been falsely accused of anything, you're very fortunate. Years ago I was once detained for shoplifting smokes, even though the bastards couldn't produce any evidence -- and all I got was a bruised arm and a "you're free to go." If that happened to me today, I'd be sitting in my attorney's office the next morning.

Right away on this site, people for some reason accused me of being some past guy who posted. Nice welcome, and of course no apologies.

I came on here and made the mistake of not looking the boards over more. I thought I could fit in, but I was wrong. Screw it ~

dude everyone hates everyone else here. a couple of buttfucker friends forever, but mostly were comprised of a bunch of cocky assholes who try to mark their own little shitty territory for bragging rights over shit. next time someone calls you out for something you said, tell them to eat shit during their shitty work day and go home to their shitty moms basement. it doesnt matter. they havent kicked me out yet so theres no reason to check out on your own, this isnt indiana.

Ha. Don't try to reason with any on the board about being a dick or not. Everyone is a dick on here and it is their God given right. Once you can accept this then you can enjoy this place. Or hang just hang out with the SHIELD.

IkeSouth, that was outstanding. Best Post I've read outside of the squared circle in a long time.

Let's Refocus on the 0-16 club!

Obviousely Jax is the leading contender.

Giants? They are REALLY bad. They have no running game and the defense is terrible. They do have a home game V Oakland! Ouch!

Pitt is 0-4, but they are going to win a few, so not even on my radar

Tampa! they have a home game next week V Carolina, I assume that will be the only game they might be favored by 3 due to the home field? Other than that, I see them as dog for every game the rest of the way!

Yeah, the Blues are just bad enough to figure out a way to botch this, whether it's flat-out losing or giving up so many points that the Jaguars can't compete for worst differential of all time.
