Got em right where we want em. Win the next three games and play for a championship. Let's go, motor city!

If Kerfax is able to win the next one, do they bring Grienke back on short rest for game 7?

Greinke will be on two days rest. Some guys could go an inning or two on day 3. Probably not him though

He could probably pitch everyday for a month. Look at how much potential energy he has trapped in that body.

There's no way the Cardinals blow a 3-1 lead in back to back years

And Im not trying to reverse jinx it, I just think that it is very unlikely.

Even if they do blow it again , the best fandom in sports will welcome them back with open arms.

Lester a little wobbly but if he can get through the 6th I think Boston wins.

This all goes back to starting Kershaw on three days rest against Atlanta.

250 innings was too much I guess

Kirk Gibson will pinch hit for Puig in the 6th.

Didn't see a blowout coming at all. I didn't think the Cardinals had enough offense and I was way off. They look like the favorite over a possible match up with the Red Sox or Tigers. Beltran is also a great, great player who has had a near hall of fame career.

Craig took batting practice today, will be on WS roster. Cardinal led the NL by 77 with 783 runs... not enough offense? No non-Rockie team scored more that 698

I haven't watched a ton of NL ball this year but yes they are indeed terrific offensively.
