Is 3 and a half too young to watch star wars?

I find myself uniquely qualified to give parental advice.

No. Not too young. Follow that up with behind the green door.

I don't see a problem with it. Some of these commercials are far worse than anything they'll see in Star Wars.

Do it in 15 minute intervals, remember it's freaking long and a 3.5 year old does not have that attention span.
Especially because a good portion of the first half of that movies is a couple of robots wandering a desert.

Star Wars is fine, but just don't let them watch anything Star Trek related.

We watched up until the falcon gets taken aboard the death star. He was about zoned out at that time.

He loved the cantina scene and thought it was hilarious when greedo was talking. He also liked when Han stepped on jabbas tail. Two scenes that Lucas butchered for die hard fans were his favorite...

After a couple of viewings, you should change it up and watch it with Spanish audio. Kids brains are sponges fro new languages. You should do this with all their shows that bear repeated viewings. I should point out that I am not a linguist, educator, medical professional, or parent. This could in all likelihood be a terrible idea. Please disregard it. Go Bears.

Actually, the best way to learn a new language is to be regularly exposed to it. This may not be a bad idea.

A little young. Episode 4-6 are good for the 6-8 year old range. Episode 1-2 are okay for the 6-10 year old range. I wouldn't let anyone under 10 watch Episode 3.

Phineas & Ferb is great.

My youngest son, who has autism, will watch the same episode of a show for days/weeks at a time and will switch to Spanish for a few days often. He's pretty fluent in Spanish at age 9.

Sounds like all of my kids. In passing I end up knowing all the words of the episode. I was always 1 and done with everything so I have no clue why my kids want to see things multiple times in the same day. They even laugh at the same stuff like they heard it for the first time.
