There is something....I dunno what the correct word is-- funny, sad, embarrassing, ironic..whatever-- about Cubs fans giving the Cardinals shit for losing the World Series. The winners of the respective pennants for their leagues this year have played in a combined 7 World Series since the Cubs last won a playoff game.

But hey, the Cardinals lost so fuck them!

For the record, I think both teams fans are annoying as hell and really didn't want either of them to win. But it was a pretty entertaining series.
