he sheds a ton of light on this Incognito issue and I am sorry to even hint at almost defending a guy that does seem to be a total ass, but it does seem that his actions just might not have been nearly as bad as Martin and his attorney are making it out to be! There is a degree of 'This is the NFL" that needs to be acknowledge by everyone who sits in a suit, 9-5 and wants "policy" to rule over the bond of a unit that an OL "MUST" have to be good! Wrong. Incognito used a racial slur that is offensive to blacks. There is NOTHING worse than using that word, NO MATTER the context! NOTHING!

For good or bad, there probably isnt a more testosterone filled environment and it isnt for everyone, but to get the NFL and figure out at that point you dont want any part of it, is a little strange.
