Tired of the LoHo-ization of your early work day? Do you not care about who Laurence retweeted that warranted a retweet by spiegel? Do you like bloated websites whose idea of grabbing you translates to stunning visuals like this...

Image

Then pop on over THE G, aka http://www.wgn.fm and join the real ReVolution (RIP) that is your #1 alternative to the corpse of the Danny Mac Show, aka SHAKE FAT. Not only will you hear the most beloved pothead on the CSFMB on this side of IkeSouth, but you'll hear his morning zoo style ensemble of characters including some other guy whose name i think is "spike" and some chick with a voice that's easily in the top-5 most annoying radio voices i can think of despite having heard her utter no less than 5 sentences in the last 5 minutes!

Right now Harry's talking about the Rams.... they're at a crossroads. They've said goodbye to stephen jackson, they've lost their big $$$MONEY$$$ quarterback in Sam "The Ram" Bradford.... and holy cow, they've got drops like "IS IT A DUCK (quack quack) OR IS IT A BEAVER" and uhhhh, yeah, if you don't mind their goofy player grinding your comptuer to a halt for the first ~2 minutes that it loads up then join the ReVolution over here in HappyHarryVille! Join me and Linda S in welcoming Mac's ex-future-radio-wife back into your lives, hearts, and souls.

It's nigh time to say FUCK IT and call your friends, call your neighbors, and more importantly call the mayor of skokie. It's nigh time for the Teiny one!

So am I alone on an island with this show today? A Fantasy Football Island if you will?

We've got national/cowboys/money-line talk going on. It's not quite on the level of British Sports Talk Radio where paddypower/ask-victor/etc bookies actually have guys do proper segments on their shows cuz sports gambling is way bigger over there.... nor is it on the level of the bookie priest (Peace Be Upon Him) but comeon man, Steve Merrill from prosportsinfo.com giving us the tips on the big college/NFL plays this weekend?

Seriously, this show isn't just here to entertain you.... it's here to help you get that love from your family you've so desperately wanted for years by giving you the must-hear plays-of-the-week which is guaranteed to make you a bunch of $$$ (or your money lost); the proceeds of which can buy the christmas presents for your ungratefully cunty family who won't love you unless you buy them a bunch of stuff this holiday season. Make a few of these plays this weekend and you can cash out to pick up your PS4 Brack Friday Bunduru a week from today!

This is truly The Show of the People. It looks out for you like seriously please would someone listen to this dreck?

The show only has ~45 minutes left so you'd better get on board quick otherwise much like keyser soze (*hand wave motion capped off by a POOF *) he's gone. And you won't find Harry this time because he learned a powerful lesson the last time he had an adventure rolling a joint on the outbound kennedy: roll your joints b4 you leave the parking garage.

HOLY SHIT GUYS, SHOTS FIRED IN THE RADIO WARS BETWEEN SHAKE FAT AND HAPPY HARRY!!!!

indeed, we just came back from one of their really rare breaks (the gambling guy got ~15-20 uninterrupted mins) to a parody song... it was BIG BAD JOSH MCCOWN; HE COMES ON IN WHEN CUTLER'S DOWN!!! of course to the tune of leroy brown.

So hrmmmmmmmmm.... if this show is on at the same time as SHAKE FAT and now it's doing the parody songs with way less commercials....hrmmmmm.

I could see McNeil trying to get out of his contract and coming here to work with Harry and take out LoHo and Durr Speagol. It'd be poetic justice in a way..... and maybe if mcneil won't roll out of bed for under $300k they can get that ISDN line hooked up to his bedroom so he can live up to that mantra and still do a radio show.

that really defines the kind of radio Harry offers when he is left to run his own show

HUB-STIT-TUTE!!!! weeeeee talk to himmmmm / HUB-STIT-UTE!!!! BEAAAAARSSSS loss or win!

yeah, at least durr speagol keeps it hipster (in the comtemporary pejorative sense of the word) by using more obscure songs that nobody knows....when harry dishes out the cheese on top of a standard we can easily identify..... what fun is that?

and btw, has there even been anything close to even a glmpse or tease of a parody song over on SHAKE FAT lately? or hell, even proper Mac-n-Speagol had toned down the parody songs over the last year or so.... it's not like it was from 09-11 when the parody songs were a huge part of the whole tributashowus repetoire.

It has, except that Harry's songs actually are funny from time to time.
