And that was a horrid call on Conte, the receiver caught the ball 3-4 yards out of bounds

If anyone ever asks what throws Jay Cutler can make that Josh McNown cannot there is exhibit A. That balloon ball was at least 10 yards underthrown.

Whether it counted or not doesn't matter. There won't always be a ref there to bail him out. And I didn't say he's not playing well. Just saying that throw showed his lack of arm strength.
