I try to be an edjukaded fan and watch the line play. If you do that, you see what a god awful shitstorm fuckup he is. You might as well put me out there.

You know what Nas, he might play better if they put a ball and chain on his ankle so he can't move. Seriously. He might end up with more tackles, and would re-direct more runs that way.

If he was getting to the QB you may overlook it but he wasn't close on most plays.

He's been pretty good most of the season. He would have gotten Cutler killed today though.

He's been horrid the last few weeks. And isn't a run blocker.

What's up with Tresty taking Forte out of the game on 4th and goal? Doesn't make sense. Also please release Bush. I've seen enough of him and his 1 YPC.

35 attempts 74 yards.

If you think that is bad just wait until his numbers from today are added that that. He's averaging about 1.5 yards per carry. He has to be over 300 lbs too.

He looks like he's not even giving an effort when he's out there. Talk about mailing it in.

The #2 RB should be Ford. Enough already with the Bush goal line experiment.

This Bears season has been officially moved to the "pay no mind" list. They will miss the playoffs again and with this defense, they will suck for years to come. I don't give a shit what they do with Cutler because next year will be the same old shit.

How do you lose to a 4-6 team?

Yesterday's game was maddening. It was the most frustrated I can remember being while watching a Sox or Bears game in years, and that is really saying something with how poorly the White Sox were this past season. I literally had to have a couple of beers just to cope with it and I normally don't drink at all on Sunday. I know the defense has been decimated with injuries, but there is simply no reason that an NFL caliber defense gives up 100+ yards on the ground to a backup. Chris Conte is not a starter. 3 TD plays were negating by penalties. Its pathetic.

And yet...they still quite likely could win the division. It just doesn't make sense.

He's a fucking moron on 4th down. That drive to start the half, yes you want a touchdown obviously, but there was still 20+ minutes left in the game and the Bears have a chance get it to a one possession game. When your team has a drive like that, you simply MUST get points out of it. Kick the FG and see what happens with the team only down by 7. He clearly did not learn from that mistake against the Giants on the Thursday nighter earlier this season. Who's to say that the Ram's RB isn't going to fumble on his next touch like Forte did? The game was lost right then and there.

Can you blame Trestman for not knowing what to do on 4th down?

I questioned it too Frank and I agree they should've taken the points but the way the defense was playing I don't think it was going to matter. Trestman saw the writing on the wall and knew they were going to need touchdowns. While I still they should've taken the points I can see his logic .

They have something nice going on with the offense. There is hope for next year if they infuse the defense with new blood, and learn how to convert goal-line opportunities into TDs. The latter is what stands in the way of the Bears becoming an elite offense.

I wanted the Bears to take the 3 points, but I don't mind them going for it on 4th & goal either. The problem isn't going for it as much as it is taking Forte off the field & handing the ball to Bush. How many more runs of 1.5 yards does Tresty need to see before he realizes that Bush sucks?
