Sent home from work without pay, yesterday my son got knocked in the mouth at daycare visit to a pediatric dentist and had to have the tooth pulled ( had to have gas for it) , and today, the day he turns 4 yrs old,,,,drum roll please …..our dog died. Merry fucking Xmas. Anyone have Macs number? I need info on that cabin.

Sorry to hear about the dog, but perhaps a puppy for his Birthday, or a dog from a shelter that desperately needs a good home. Lots of people have had a much tougher time in the last 7 days. Getting sent home from work is a toss because that was your fault. You are still employed so you should be thankful for that. Many are not. Despite what BF thinks finding a job is not easy.

Kid getting tooth pulled w/ gas is a little bit frightening (my youngest had a similar episode at that age) but I assume all went well so now your feeling should be one of gratitude. Wait until he is a teen. You will be wishing this was your only problem.

i went under to get my wisdom teeth pulled. i remember feeling all badass with my drug constitution being !!! so when they had me count backwards from 100 i was thinking "you're gonna need a bigger #"

i was out by 75.

i had a wayward tooth pulled in the back of my mouth last year on the stroger plan, and lordy lordy when they whip out those giant metallic needles i dont care what the actual feeling is, that shit's scary. i'd much rather have had the gas and thus no recollection of that needle (especially cuz i had to hear some poor lady a few rooms down screaming her lungs out intertwined with the sound of the drill. crikey)
