While QBs like Carr, Bridegwater, Manziel will be looked at as NFL QB's, I really liked this kid Mettenberger from LSU.

I only mention all this because Hub also pointing out he might be the best of this QB future crop. Stands tall in the pocket, does a great job of seeing everyone, looking guys off, hitting open man.

FWIW, tore his ACL. I'm really hoping he isn't able to have a pro day, won't be ready etc, so the Bears can draft him in the 3rd. Dreaming. Not sure it's a reality, though.

He was horrible the last couple of years, marginally better imo this year & coming off an ACL. He's been the weakest link as long as he's been on the field with limited exceptions. I'd pass.

Jimmy Garoppolo is projected to be drafted between rounds 2 & 4, while David Fales is projected to go between the 3rd & 5th rounds. My guy Arron Murray from Georgia has dropped like a rock due to an ACL tear & should go between rounds 4 - 6. I would be happy if the Bears drafted any of these guys, but Murray fits Trestmans offense perfectly.
