Why doesnt the NCAA have Friday night games? I know the IVY league has some games and sometimes, you get 1 game, but they never have games on friday night? They have Thurs, Mon, Wed, etc...but no friday? You would think even 1 major friday night game would draw some big ratings?

Is this like the No Fri NCAA Football, as they respect the High school games?

Perhaps schools want to project the appearance that they care enough about academics as to not have two weekly games during the school year...

...not saying they care...just that they are pretending.

Then they would have kids travel on a Wed, to play a Thursday night game, fly back friday.

Most college coaches send assistants out to see HS kids play on Friday nights. Not sure that is the reason though.

I admit I'm mostly just basing this looking at Big 12 schedules, but I don't see a lot of Thursday night games either...the pattern seems to be Monday/Tuesday game with a Saturday...like every week...which makes sense...only impacting two days out of the week versus three or four...

...but I agree with you...some hoops tonight would be very welcome.
