Sure. They wonder about that. But the producers also have to come to the realization that they are stupid too. That even if Terry goes away, it's more than likely not gonna be one of them that get a full time show. Look at drinky. He thought he was gonna get a show 5 years ago. Never happened.

And Zimmerman reaching out to David Kaplan should tell all of them that none of them have "next". Should tell them that none of them are really held in high regard by Score management.

You are actually right once in a while Beardown.

This is how, IMO, SportsCenter was ruined. Dan Patrick and Keith Olbermann were funny, became popular and the FotS, and all of the other hosts tried to emulate them. Unfortunately, most of them were not funny and SC became unwatchable as these buffoons tried to incorporate their Zanies act into SC.

WSCR has gaggle of Bernstein wannabes running around vying for airtime and it's hurting the station.

This.

I used to like listening to some of the fill-in hosts. Now, except for those from the Mac tree, they are just Bernsie wannabes who aren't as smart or funny as him. Makes for bad radio that I turn off immediately.

If they "dodged a bullet" than how the fuck DOESN'T it affect the outcome of the game?

All officiating affects the outcome of the game.

The only guy i want to be the questioning smartass is the reporter. As long as they have same balls they have when talking to Phil Emery that they do when talking to Joe from Park Ridge.

You eliminate Berns. He's no where near as hard on his guests as he is on his callers. The next time he calls out an expert will be his first.

Berns is a total coward and so is Terry.

All the vitriol and "hard hitting journalism" goes into the toilet when a guest is on...

I remember their insane and creepy crusade against everything Luke Harongody stood for, just because he was thought to be a good player and he happened to be white. They even had an "expert" on and asked him what they thought, his response was something akin to, "He'll do alright, he is big and has a shot." they gave some guff but backed off.

Adam Harris, Joe O, Connor, Hoge have all gone this route. Drinky and Goff before them, of course. Even Finfer, despite being one of Mac's, has adopted this approach as well.

Hoge & Shep should never ever get air time. I actually like Joe O a lot. He is the only WSCR benchwarmer who has a decent radio voice. Harris, Hoge & Shep are in the wrong business.

Yesterday Hoge delivered his observations from Bears rookie minicamp. He's never seen coaches in Paul Pasqualoni and Reggie Herring demand attention like those two. They just have a presence y'know?

Big Bad Vacuum sounds like something that Billy Mays would have sold.

But I agree, that station is the worst pile of shit since shit was shat.

Yeah, you know how everyone at The Score seems to pattern their style after Bernstein? It seems like everyone at WGN Game patterns their style after Kaplan. The whole station is meatbally.

Big Bad Vacuum sounds like the name of the Tributosaurus gig where they cover nothing but food commercial jingles.

...so the game went out and got SCORE NFL EXPERT ADAM HOGE (font size changed to reflect the BIG VOICE GUY's legendary intro) which means now they've got the market cornered on NFL/draft analysis? and they've cleared out the score's bench like the rest of the NBA is gonna do with spurs guys like patty mills? yikes. who's gonna give me his up to the minute mock drafts twice a week in those all-important 3 months leading up to the NFL draft?

der schnorr is getting pillaged here. THE GAME has declared war on the score.... and by cracky, i reckon that one of these days somebody actually might notice that they did this!

No more Adam Hog on wscr? The only thing I'll miss is his B&B open.... I definitely won't miss his reports as he was terrible at bears beat reports.
