I used the google machine. Took about...........................2.2 seconds. Or, as long as it takes Beckham to get to 0-2.

Your rebuild so far is a joke. The amenities at your ballpark are a joke. Now you have a mascot that is equally as big a joke. And your PR department is butthurt by that.

Pathetic.

Frank has spoken. I now see the light.

As he's making his 6th post this morning criticizing a team for a mascot and winning three more games than his team last year

I never noticed that MLB mascots had the same names as the pilots in Top Gun.

Bernie sleeps in the same pants he was wearing all day like every good dedicated drunk.

Again - why is a baseball team's mascot even news in the first place?

Exactly

Most fans of teams coming off 99 loss seasons, are not focusing on other teams failures.

I answered this for you already. Because its the most noteworthy thing the Cubs have done so far this offseason.

Just stop.
I don't think this mascot was creative because it is what anyone would have come up with when thinking for about 1 minute. If you think the Pheonix Gorilla and Southpaw were that obvious then I can't convince you otherwise.

There is a reason this is a national joke and it's being covered on other local sports broadcasts.

They hired a manager. Kind of a big deal. What's your next stupid statement?

Not really, for the Cubs at least. It's like hiring a security guard for an empty safe.

Truth hurts, huh? Kinda speaks for itself when a mascot is bigger news than the new manager now doesn't it?

This seems like it was done by a lesser Ricketts pro bono.

You said that it looks like the Cubs just went to a costume store and bought a Bear costume

That is exactly what the Suns did.

Because it's the Cubs, not the quality of the mascot.

Who cares anyway

What are you arguing? Do you think this mascot is creative at all? What was the more obvious choice they passed on for this?
