I enjoy coffee. I drink it with cream and sugar. I have always wanted to drink it black but just cannot ever seem to get there. Too bitter.

how long of forcing oneself to drink it black does it take to actually like it?

last couple days bringing my coffee from home, finding that the cream is curdling

looking around, it seems other than "the coffee is bad" / "the cream is bad" (neither of which are true), seems if the coffee has a high acidity it can do it

never really had that happen before . just going to drink this particular roast sans cream
