Yeah, Jameer Nelson took 30 shots. That's just crazy.

There probably isn't a big picture to worry about anymore. We don't even know if the Bulls have a star on the roster.

Well said. Amazing that Paxson still has a job.

What player is a 20 point scorer who the Bulls can afford to sign?

Noah playing 49 minutes is even worse than Butler playing 60

The Bulls did lose to the Wizards on Monday, but last night the Wizards also beat the Heat. I don't expect the Bulls to win tomorrow, but I have to think their effort will be better in the next game.

Rose fell in his lap. Whiffed on every major free agent. Assembled a nice team of players that try hard that will never win a title. He's had his chance.

I wanted David Lee instead of Boozer but I had no problem with the moves the Bulls made after not being able to get LeBron. They didn't work out because of injuries and the fact that they didn't have Hinrich in 2011.

Derrick Rose has put the Bulls in a bad spot because he missed all but one game of the 2012 playoffs. He chose not to play last year and he missed the 2013 playoffs. This year he is injured again and will likely miss the 2014 playoffs. So he won't play in the playoffs likely till next season and after this season he has three years left on the deal.

In the end the irony is that Rose's brother blames the Bulls for not getting him more help, while his brother refuses to recruit players. Also the size of Rose's contract essentially makes it impossible for the team to sign another max player.

The best the Bulls can hope for in the off-season is to get 2 scorers from their no. 1 pick and the no. 1 pick from the Bobcats (assuming the Bobcats make the playoffs), for Boozer to be given amnesty, Mirotić to come over and be an impact player, for Rose to come back to full strength and to keep Tom Thibodeau. Realistically only two or three of the above might be possible.

It would have been better if Rose got injured in 2011

They went 2-2 this week with 2 losses to Washington. It was good to see them beat the 76ers by a lot. D.J. Augustin is beginning to look like the best pickup of the year.

I'm glad everyone is starting to see this. When I said this earlier this season I got a few laughs but I think just about everyone is starting to see that I was right and that Thibs has helped him become more consistent.

I have to admit I'm a fan. He's probably the only exciting thing about this team in the past 6 weeks.

Just scored a suite ticket for tonight's game. My wife's company is going and they had an extra ticket. I'll live tweet the awesomeness of the game.

I wonder if the guy the Bulls are getting for Teague will play at all. He could just be another benchwarmer.

I applaud them for trying to get one or two of those stars. Hinrich was a necessary salary dump if they wanted to have enough cap room for LBJ, Wade, or Bosh.

The Bulls are now 20-20 and supposedly Hinrich is hurt again.

Looking at the box score Augustin was huge again.

He's kind of like Nate Robinson, but more of a point guard and more likely to listen to the coach. The Bulls are going to have pick up another point guard since with Teague being traded and Hinrich out, they don't have any other players.

rose will come back march 19th. bulls will face heat in first round and take them to 5 games. either team could win, but i would give a slight nudge to the bulls.

It did seem like that Taj Gibson layup was pretty long for .9 of a second. Maybe the UC clock operator was a tad slow on the button.

Boozer was wearing purple sneakers last night, which were the same color as the Lakers' shoes. I was beginning to think he was traded for Gasol and they just weren't going to announce it till after the game.

Boozer and Hinrich are out. Augustin to start with Mike James as the backup.

The Bulls don't ever think about championship. They only think about the next game.

Boozer missing a game is always a plus IMO.
