My work has brought and brings me into contact with a number of Chicago lawyers--I asked one of them about this yesterday, and his response was as follows:

1) Mitch and CBS Radio can grant as much or as little access on WSCR computers as they want, and can discipline any employee who breaks the rules;

2) Mitch would be nuts to even think of trying to get info out of BigFan, as he would be doing so on behalf of CBS Radio, and would expose them to 1) lawsuits 2) colossally bad publicity.

His 2 cents.

Relax KS. I wasn't the first to bring your name up. Somebody on page 1 actually did, and my post was meant in response to that one.... but I forgot to hit the "quote" button. And my response was meant as kidding around. I don't suspect for a second that anybody on this board has got a call from that dork Rosen.

As for Nostradamus, it's someone who has been a current employee there, at least as of around the end of April or mid-May... and he still may work there.

Everybody THINKS they know who I am while nobody really KNOWS who I am - and this is what drives Mitch crazy - he doesn't know & he's dying to know who's writing anonymously here. Current employee? former? neither? Also, just to mix this up even more: I am the 2nd nostradamus since I took this over from the original one - plus - there are times when a female has written responses for me & there are times when I steal writings from this board & other message boards, so if you detect any sort of writing pattern over the years, you're wrong. (as usual)

Isn't there some type of unwritten rule that you don't share your email/posting with your lady?

As a former SCORE subcontractor who openly uses his moniker here, I would think Coast would have been called. I never indicated that was the case. On the other hand he has recently left the board.

First Nos alleged that Mitch was getting info from BF and that he was also sending him e-mails.

Then Nos was asked to post said e-mail and didn't.

Then Nos claimed he really wasn't Nos but a new Nos and the second one to have the moniker.

Then when he was unable to substantiate the accusation to BF he did the intelligent thing and quit the thread.

As for me, BF has paid for our enjoyment here for a while. If linking to the Score website drives traffic to his site so that he can sell ads and recoup some of his cash, good for him

That's what makes this entire thread BS. Someone accuses him outright of sharing personal info, that he doesn't even possess.

I can't vouch for this (the whole 100% unreliable thing), BUT I heard through the grapevine that Mitch has obtained the myspace pages for doug, Frank and Stink. I can't 100% confirm this . . . it's just what I've been told by some guys on the board who have been around a lot longer than me.

Again, I can't say if this is true, but if it is, George Orwell's revalance has become that much more significant.

Isn't their myspace info in their signatures??
