This place is the shit. They cut the meat on site, and have the warehouse open for retail sales on Saturdays from 8-1. We rolled up there this morning, and got the following:

3 bone in pork chops (1.6 LB x $1.99/LB) = $3.18
3 slabs baby back ribs (8.75 LBS x $2.39/LB) = $20.91
2 pork tenderloins (2.3 LB x $1.50/LB) = $3.45
1 package of Kabanosy smoked sausage (0.73 LB x $3.95/LB) = $2.88

for a grand total of $30.42

We usually go to Reams Elburn Market on Rt 47 in Elburn, but I'm going to check out Jasper.

I drive past this almost daily and have never went in. Looks like I need to.

They are only open for retail April - October so much time left.

They are open all year round now.

Today, I picked up the following for $50:

4 pork tenderloins
6 bone-in pork chops
2 slabs of baby back ribs
3 lb pork shoulder
2 huge ribeyes
3 strip steaks (1 was huge, 2 were medium)
1 package of smoked Polish sausage

Baby backs are for dinner tonight.
