Seems like someone is whispering in Mike Norths ear that his show is really good now. Lotsa hints at some tremendous chemistry between him and Fred and how "Great" things are going for the show right now.

I am not going to say it is a bad show, it is 2 guys talking who do seem to get along , even if one guy is licking the others balls half the time.

While the hsow is better than it was with Anne and Political topics, it still has a major void on anything I really want to hear. Occasionally there will be a guest (can't remember the last one I wanted to hear, but he has them) and even his talks with Zach are lacking in content for some reason.

Things might be better than day 1 of the MNMS, but it's got a lonnnnngg way to go to be "great", my friend.

This morning, North goes off on Mike Quade, stating that he did a poor job coaching third on the Zambrano play. He then browbeat Fred back into line with his position, until Stone came on and took North's legs out from under him about third base coaching.

North is really just the Mariotti of the radio, some sh@t sticks and he always seems to claim that he is the pulse of the average fan. I mean really, if Mike and Mike were even listenable (or if Meatpants had a morning show, say... on 1000), I'd never listen. North has mailed it in for years, he never changes.

Correct. I would take a Meatpants show. I was thinking of the "donut" show where the Dan Patrick Memorial Crater resides, but an AM show is fine, too. Why take out Mike and Mike when you can take out Mike and Fred?

I've actually wondered about the conversations he must have with Fred. I mean, what does he say? You better not disagree with me on anything? Or maybe it's just an unwritten rule. Maybe Mike takes him into the bathroom after the show and whips him with a belt if he acts up
