I was in Houston 2 or 3 weeks ago, and there was literally like 1/32" of ice. All I had to do with my car was turn on the wipers and the ice cleared. I didn't think anything of it, but when I tried to get on the roads to head to the airport, the interstates were ALL closed. They even tried to put pea gravel over the ice, which I had never seen before and actually made driving worse. My flight actually wasn't even cancelled, but I just couldn't get to the airport so I stayed an extra night. I know they don't get winter weather down there typically, but it seems a little overboard.

Also, donuts suck. Most overrated food ever.

Yup. There are a ton of breakfast options that are great. Why anybody would be stupid enough to pick a donut is beyond me. It's like being able to choose to fuck any of the chicks from the show Girls and picking Lena Dunham.

com truise is a horribly named electronic music dude who makes "retro" sounding stuff that i think would be fantastic porno music. it's got some of that vintage PBS documentary vibe, and even tho he tends to make the same song over and over and over again it's a pretty damn good song.
