Martin was a hopeless case who never should have been drafted. Coaches went to last resort and asked a psychopath to try and toughen him up. whole bunch of bad all around.

Its an anomaly because martin is a weird dude, he kept his mouth shut n acted like everything was cool until one day he cried to mommy n released text n voicemail ...he's a strange guy.

So, let's extend this a little further.

Let's say a woman works at a bar. Should co-workers be allowed to constantly sexually harass her? Should co-workers be allowed to "fine" her for not dressing slutty enough?

Every workplace is different. However, I don't think it's unfair to expect that certain rights should be granted to all employees regardless of where they work.

There is no way I would never say what Incognito or others have done is totally right, but I am no way feel totally sorry for Martin. Frankly, if I have never have to hear anymore about this story I would be good with it.

What did Martin do wrong?

To me, he tried to get along with Incognito. He took the abuse for a long time. He willingly gave Incognito the money he demanded. He eventually cracked and couldn't take it any more.

It sounds like Martin was wrong for either not beating up Martin(bad teammate) or for saying something. I'm uncomfortable being on the side of "Don't say anything".
