You get into the other teams heads with big hits and talking trash, backing it up, you beat down the other team...

The Seahakws bullyied the bronco. The Broncos quit that game early in the second half on the kick return for a TD. They lost right there.

Martin was a hopeless case who never should have been drafted. Coaches went to last resort and asked a psychopath to try and toughen him up. whole bunch of bad all around.

Its an anomaly because martin is a weird dude, he kept his mouth shut n acted like everything was cool until one day he cried to mommy n released text n voicemail ...he's a strange guy.

Might not even call him strange, he just isnt an NFL player,

They always talk about the Season in any sport as a "grind", why isnt it a grind for him and he couldnt handle it?

He was awfully 'legally" ready as well for a guy that lost his mind for 8 hours,,,or however many hours he checked into a pysch ward!

That isn't bullying though. That's assault.

So, basically, any job that is tough and physical you should be allowed to act the same way in all interactions with your co-workers?

Would you guys have a problem if Incognitio had tackled Martin every time he saw him?

So, let's extend this a little further.

Let's say a woman works at a bar. Should co-workers be allowed to constantly sexually harass her? Should co-workers be allowed to "fine" her for not dressing slutty enough?

No.

John Randall was whispering sweet nothings when he would say...

"I am gonna fuck your wife (he would use her name), then take her home and keep her in my house whenever I want her"

That wasnt bullying

But this looks like 2 guys that hate each other?

Let's say I am a garbage man. Should my co-workers be allowed to throw eggs at me and tell me about all the nasty things they want to do to my family members?

So a football workplace is just like every other work place? I don't imagine any scenario where it is. I don't imagine any professional sports setting is either.

Every workplace is different. However, I don't think it's unfair to expect that certain rights should be granted to all employees regardless of where they work.

Can they do that to you now? It would be really nice if they could.

The great irony here is that bigfan would delete posts or ban a user for doing what Incognito did.

There is no way I would never say what Incognito or others have done is totally right, but I am no way feel totally sorry for Martin. Frankly, if I have never have to hear anymore about this story I would be good with it.

I'm confused. Do you think Incognito was wrong and his actions were inappropriate?

Ritchie Blackmore was the guitarist for Deep Purple. That's about all I've got, unless you want to count Lionel Richie.

I think they were both wrong in the way it was handled and shouldn't be the story it has become.

What did Martin do wrong?

To me, he tried to get along with Incognito. He took the abuse for a long time. He willingly gave Incognito the money he demanded. He eventually cracked and couldn't take it any more.

It sounds like Martin was wrong for either not beating up Martin(bad teammate) or for saying something. I'm uncomfortable being on the side of "Don't say anything".
