I would like to see Speigs get his own show to talk baseball more.I think Mac might need to limit his coverage to Hockey and football with another pard.Limiting his scope might help the continuity when he has bouts of illness.

Mac knows how to pick stand-ins who don't stand out.

I liked Goff when he'd co-host in Mac's place. Goff did tend to overtalk his co-host. Might've been a result of not getting much free time behind the mic otherwise.

Yeah, I think he's counting the days down, putting in some solid work until then. At that point he's going to use the new sports station as leverage in negotiations with 670 or as a place to land.
