and jason bernstein has the NFl players scouted and he knows Doshi #2 move! 5 hole! I know a ton of little shits in jason B's age group, going to even say some of the kids I have coached might even play hockey with or against dan's kid.

So pretty much his "Inside Source" is getting him crazy breaking news that is essentially the same as the same breaking news 3 weeks ago?

When you acquire a permit in the city, there is officially an "Aldermanic Holding Period". So, when everything at the city has been approved construction and document wise, this allows the Alderman to review your project or put a hold on your permit.

You avoid this by 1st going to your Alderman to review the project and get him or her to sign off and thus you get the permit right away.

So, at this point the permit process is complete. Drawings approved, etc, but the city is holding it to be issued.

From MY SOURCES this is the legal smoking gun. If the city grants the permit, the agreement between the Cubs and the rooftops is satisfied as to "CITY APPROVAL OF EXPANSION" . The rooftops then will fight that it is not an "expansion" and lose, but all of this hangs on the city giving the cub the permit.

At some point Rahm will make the rooftops some offer and it will be a take it or leave it
