Edit: I also think it is funny that anyone that doesn't understand the opportunity for air time is pretty much the goal of all the non-established folk, and while there may be some jealousy behind it, generally people are happy for others that are getting their chance at the big brass ring. I have to imagine it is like someone getting a call-up from Triple A -- you are genuinely happy for them, but wish it was you -- but you know/hope at some point it will be your turn.
