I respect Korver for what he is: a three point specialist who is otherwise irrelevant when not taking a shot. In what regard do you think he's underrated?

Walt's gonna laugh at this, but he sets good screens, is always in the right spot, plays hard, and is underrated on team defense. He's long so he's good at challenging a shot and making his guy dribble. And yeah obviously he's one of the best 3 point shooters of our era. Like JORR would say, all but maybe 5-10 players from this draft will not have as good a career as he's had.

That's all fine but I think it's a disappointment if all you get is an upgraded Korver with a twenty something pick you deferred for two plus years. I don't think you'd pick this guy, knowing he's not going to be here for awhile, if he's Korver, which is why that scenario will be disappointing.

I don't know this for sure, but my guess is that the Bulls would want to play Mirotic at the three because they will probably still have Taj and Noah in the front court. If not Boozer as well next season unless they plan on making a trade.
